Dr. Annie O. Oliver, B.S., M.S., Ed.D.
Dr Annie O. Oliver, better known as Sister Oliver, holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration, Master of Science in Administration & Supervision and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education. She has served as a public high school administrator, teacher, and human relations liaison spanning 26 years.
Twelve years ago she was constrained by purpose and a higher calling to resign her post as an administrator at Milwaukee Public Schools and assist in the establishment of a private school where she currently serves as the Executive Administrator. The school is an entity of the ministry she is involved with - Mt. Zion Assembly, pastored by Dr. Earl Parchia- The school is named Early View Academy of Excellence, located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The school opened with 3 students, faith, drive and a sense of purpose and with grave determination. In the 3rd year of operation there were 302 students enrolled with ovre a million dollar budget with no advertisement, just -”word of mouth.” She contributes this success to those who caught the vision and came to help.
She has given her life in the service of young people and families. Through her gifts as a speaker, minister, musician, trainer, mentor, leadership developer, educator, artist and writer, she has mentored and trained many emerging leaders.
Dr. Oliver believes strongly in four fundamental principles of achieving destiny; prayer, purpose, passion, and persistence. A part of her mission is to continue in her work and expand leadership development.
She is sought after as a motivational speaker and specializes in these areas: Leadership Conferences, Spiritual Growth and Development, Achieving A Mission Driven Life, Workshops for Teachers, People and Management, Language and Culture.
Her family and spiritual mentors are her mainstay – Her family and church family, pastor and close friends. She is married to Ronald Oliver- 41 years with 2 sons and 1 daughter, 9 grand children and hundreds of other “children “ whom she has taught and striven to inspire.
