We are currently accepting applications for the 2008-2009 school year. You may download the forms from the two links below or you may pick them up from Early View. Seats are limited and are given on a first come basis. If your child is currently attending Early View, you will also need to re-enroll student(s). Proof of income is required when submitting application. Please bring the competed forms to Early View or mail them. If you choose to mail them please allow 5 days for delivery. The deadline for the applications is the 20th of the month at 4:00pm. No late applications will be accepted. If you have any registration questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
